I am telling you, this show is great!  I have worked the last four years, and I do not think it has ever been this busy.  I wanted to let you all know that the boards that everyone wants to take pictures of.....well they are all on stampsbyjudith.com!!  I know all of you will love seeing the boards to get new ideas!  Well, I have to sign off for now cause I have to go do some inventory, so I know what Judith stamps to buy!!!

Judith in Akron Ohio this weekend!! April 25 -26th

We will be at the Adventures In Stamping - Northern Ohio's Rubber Stamp & Scrapbook Convention in Akron Ohio on Saturday, April 25 and Sunday, April 26, 2009. The show will be at the John S. Happy Inauguration Day

This is a day that we will look back on and think, I was doing this when......

The President of the United State will take office today, and from what I understand, 4 million people will be in attendance.  WOW!!

Well, I am back in attendance finally!  I have been out of commission due to some computer problems.  But, I have a new computer, and a new outlook on the blogging thing.  I am so very blessed that someone had asked me to put this blog together, and now I am going to live up to my promise and do her a wonderful blog!!! I am talking about none other than Stamps by Judith.

For today though, I pulled out an old card that I made because I thought it fit!  So here it is:

 

I thought how fitting for President Barack Obama's big day!  I hope you all watch this important day in history!  He will be quoting my most favorite President and using his Bible to take his oath. None other than President Abraham Lincoln!  I am a very big Lincoln and Civil War buff.  So I was quite excited to here of this plan.  I bought these stamps at a local stamp store "The Stamp Pad" in Zoar Ohio.

Oh Edward......

Ok, so my lovely 16 year old son comes in last night and sais "Mom, I need a card for my girl."  And you guessed it, he needed ASAP.  So, I could have given him one of my cards that I have in my stash, but I had a thought....  She is reading the same series of books that I am right now!  The Twilight series!  I had to do something fast, so I found a pic on the internet, printed it, added some DP, and wahlah!  I don't know if you all have read these books, but OMG are they fabulous!!  Never has a vampire been so attractive to me!!

I'm back!!!

I have been away from my stamping room for toooooo long!  We had a very unexpected death in our family  - my mother-in-law.  It was a long drawn-out summer, and I am actually so looking forward to fall and winter. And getting back to my stamp room!  Have you ever stamped and just left your room a mess???!!! My room is a disaster and it is my vow to you to get it cleaned up ASAP!!!!  But who sais a girl can't sneak some stampin time in there too!! 

I wanted to tell you all to check of the Stamps by Judith website at her current sale!!!  She has some great stamps, and I just love her! Here is a pick of some of the stamps that she has on sale!!  The page features some of her sticks and stubbies, which I am addicted to!!!  So, go... be enabled!

Tuesday!!!

Hey it is TCP Challenge Day!  Check out Katies blog to play!  Unfortunately I don't have that stamp, so I have to skip it.

Anyway, I will play next week, but if you have the stamp... PLAY!  I will be posting more cards tonight - I promise!!!  Well, at least one anyway!!  But for your enjoyment, here is anothe pic of my baby Wally, who is under the weather today!!! He was very sick when I left this morning.  He is an old cat, and sometimes he eats what he is not supposed to eat!  He did this one other time, and stayed in his box for 3 solid days.  Say a little prayer for my man!!

Griz is a Lady!!

Hello!  It is Sunday night around 11:00pm.  I just had to post this Judith card I just finished.  I have been working feverishly on some stuff to put on here, all while maintaing a clean house, washed dishes and laundry! (WHATEVER!!!) I wish!  I do have a lot on my plate right now though!  I am preparing for my son's (The cute one to the left!  No, I am not proud at all!) band banquet.  I just had to sneak some time in to stamp!!

Is she not the cutest!  I thought this card world be great for Mother's Day!  Which is next Sunday the 11th.  I think she looks like a little bear cub trying on Mama's hat!

Hee Hee!  The deets follow:  Stamps:  Its a Mod Mod World set from TCP; Paper DPby DCWV, SU NIght of Navy and Georgia Pacific White, I used some Dew Drops to make her pop, Glitter Gel Pen, and some dimensionals.   

But wait...You ask WHAT is that in the backround.....

Its my WALLY!!!! Walter is my baby, and his main objective is to find someplace new to take a nap!! Oh, the life!  I think he is a trooper for sitting there, or should I say lying there with my card while I took pics!  Here is another pic, cuz I love him so much!!!!

My first Judith post...

Well, here is my first Judith post!  Hope you like it!!  Please bear with me as I get this whole darn bloggin thing under control.  I am purchasing a light box so I don't have to scan my work anymore.  I think they look rather yucky when you scan them and try to manipulate them on the blog.  My house also has no great lighting either.... bummer.  The card looks crooked, and it is really not! 

I have so many Judith cards that I will be posting since she is the reason I am starting this blog!  Please go check out her totally adorable stamps here !
